Introduction: These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Growth Glades Ltd ("Company"). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the "Client") and the Company.

• Right to Make Changes to the Agreement: Growth Glades reserves the right to modify, update, or change our Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
• User Guidelines: Clients must adhere to all guidelines, rules, and restrictions provided by Growth Glades. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that any content or material provided for use in services does not violate any third-party rights, laws, or ethical standards.
• Copyright and Intellectual Property: All content, designs, code, and materials created by Growth Glades are the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon payment, intellectual property rights for the final deliverables are transferred to the Client. Third-party materials used within the project retain their original ownership rights.
• Warranty Disclaimer: Growth Glades provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness for a particular purpose, or that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted. All warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Growth Glades be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability to the Client for any claim related to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services in question.
• Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely, and complete information as requested by Growth Glades. Any delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide required information may impact the project timeline and final delivery.
• Payment Terms: A deposit is required to initiate services, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment schedules are outlined in the service agreement, and all invoices must be settled within the specified period to avoid service disruption.
• Revisions and Final Deliverables: Growth Glades offers a specific number of revisions to ensure client satisfaction. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Final deliverables will be provided once all revisions are approved and payments are completed.
• Confidentiality and Data Protection: Growth Glades is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. We take appropriate measures to protect the data shared with us and will not disclose any information without explicit consent, except as required by law.
• Termination Policy: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Clients are required to pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Growth Glades will deliver any finished work upon payment of outstanding balances.
